“This unique home site had been studied several times by other designers, and no successful solution as to developing the land had been reached. However, Dolphin’s architects were able to present a unique solution for the site—this was truly an ‘ah-ha’ moment. The new project consisted of taking down a very old and dilapidated home, which was elevated to have an attached garage with a two story bedroom above. The balance of the home was then three stories over a crawl space, and was interconnected to the garage with a central staircase and elevator. With the architect’s vision realized, the inverted floor plan gave all major rooms stunning views!"
